Worked with the Committee for an Open Waterfront on a schematic waterfront plan that emphasizes greater public access and improved open space. The plan creates flexible parking areas, overlook decks, filtering storm water pathways, and a bicycle path. The design demarcates historic public wayes to the waterfront. The community used the concept plans to defend their public access to the waterfront from competing private development interests.
